Wedding Tips

Tip of the Day: Don't forget to ask about site usage fees when booking your ceremony and reception sites! Some venues (especially historic sites and museums) may charge over $1,000 just for using their gardens and grounds—and that's a conservative figure. They use these fees to help pay for their landscaping services, irrigation, property taxes and more. Some sites may even require you to purchase additional insurance on your wedding if you decide to get married there. These are all important fees that you will need to take into account when setting your ceremony/reception budget.

  1. Amazing post! My sister's friend organized an engagement party for her brother at one of the famous New York wedding venues recently. Really liked the food services and desserts were of different varieties. Everyone praised the single handed arrangements.
